nGenera Hires Sales VP

Hosted business applications publisher nGenera Corp. reported Wednesday that it has hired Sheila Plunkett as vice president of sales for the company's nGen Compensation product. The Austin, Texas-based company said Plunkett boasts 25 years of experience in strategic enterprise level business application and decision management sales. Prior to joining nGenera, the company noted, Plunkett was a client partner of Fair Isaac Inc.'s mid-market financial services team. She has also senior-level management roles for several enterprise technology solution providers, nGenera said. nGenera is a publisher of software-as-a-service tools for managing human resources and other enterprise areas.
