nGenera Adds To Board

Austin-based nGenera announced Wednesday afternoon that it has added Ken Goldman to the firm's board of directors. Goldman is currently SVP and CFO of Fortinet, and has also served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Siebel Systems. Goldman has previously been CFO of Excite@Home and Sybase, and sits on the boards of BigBand Networks, Infinera, Starent Networks, and a number of private companies. nGenera is a developer of enterprise collaboration software.
