    Alchemy Systems Acquires Wisetail
    Austin-based Alchemy Systems, which provides training software for the food and retail sector, said this morning that it has acquired Bozeman, Montana-based Wisetail. Wisetail is a developer of learning management software used by restaurants, retailers, and franchises to educate and train employees in their company culture.     OpenKey Wins Chicago Boutique Hotel
    Dallas-based mobile key software developer OpenKey has added a new, Chicago boutique hotel to its client list, saying on Tuesday that it has signed up The Wheelhouse Hotel as a user of its universal mobile key technology. Financial terms of the win were not announced. OpenKey said it won the deal with Bluetooth electronic lock provider ASSA ABLOY Hospitality.     Prodea Systems Acquires Arrayent
    Richardson, Texas-based Prodea, a provider of Internet-of-Things services for the government, healthcare, telco, and utility market, said today that it has acquired Silicon Valley startup Arrayent.     SailPoint Targets Healthcare With New Product
    Austin-based SailPoint, which develops enterprise identity management software, has launched a new product specifically for the healthcare industry. According to SailPoint, it has launched the SailPoint IdentityIQ Integration Module for Epic. The software connects into the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. Pricing on the new integration module was not announced.
