    SourceDay Scores $3.5M For Purchase Order Management
    Austin-based SourceDay, a developer of automation software to help companies manage purchase orders, said on Tuesday that it has raised $3.5M in funding. The funding came from Draper Associates, Silverton Partners and ATX Seed Ventures. According to the company, the funding goes to scale its operations. Tom Kieley is CEO and co-founder of SourceDay.

    ROBO Global Names New Research Analyst
    Dallas-based ROBO Global, a company which maintains a financial index that tracks the global robotics and automation market, has named Jeremie Capron, CFA, as its Managing Partner and Director of Research. Capron was previously at CLSA Americas, and also spend time as a project manager with Veolia Environment in Europe and Asia.     Spanning Cloud Apps Adds Execs
    Austin-based Spanning Cloud Apps has made a number of executive appointments this morning, including adding two former SolarWinds executives. Spanning says it has named Chad Savoy as Vice President, Worldwide Sales. Savoy was most recently VP of Sales at Vyopta, and also served in that position at Datadog, Cornerstone OnDemand and SolarWinds.     Blinker Launches Car Buying, Selling App In Texas
    Blinker, a startup which develops a mobile app which lets users buy, sell, finance, and refinance a car, has launched in Texas, the company said this morning. The company, which is based in Denver, said its app lets users list their cars for sale, buy cars, apply for loans, and refinance their existing loan all through the app. Texas is the second state for Blinker, which also operates in Colorado.
