Mood Media Completes Go Private Deal
Austin-based Mood Media has completed a number of steps related to its go-private deal with Apollo Global Management. Mood Media said late Wednesday that it has completed arrangements to shift its corporate incorporation to Delaware from Canada and that its stock has been delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange. Armor Secures Certification With Amazon Web Services
Dallas-based Armor, the provider of cloud security tools, said today that it has achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security Competency status. Armor said the designation recognizes its expertise and technical proficiency in security solutions that help customers in their cloud security goals. Armor said it provides specialized software designed to help enterprises adopt, develop and deploy complex security projects on AWS.
