    Tyler Technologies Wins Deal In Central California
    Dallas-based Tyler Technologies said Friday that it has scored a win in Santa Barbara, California, to help that city modernize their technology. Financial details of the win were not disclosed, however, Tyler said the city is using its Munis enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.     Dell Buyout Expected By Monday
    Round Rock-based Dell is expected to announced a buyout by Monday, according to reports Friday, in a deal worth more than $24 billion.
