    Whole Foods Venture Investments Come Up Short
    Looking for an investment from Whole Foods' $30M venture capital fund? It looks like it's not so likely, based on a report today from the ABJ, which says that Whole Foods has invested in only one company, five years after creating its own $30M venture capital fund.

    Tyler Technologies Lands Georgia County
    Dallas-based municipal and government software provider Tyler Technologies said earlier this week that it has signed up Cobb County, Georgia, as a new customer. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Cobb County is using its CLT Appraisal Services, used for residential property appraisals by the county.

    AdaptiveMobile: SMS The New Frontier For Spam
    Dallas-based AdaptiveMobile, a provider of network-based, security products aimed at mobile operators, released a report this week saying that the new frontier for spam is increasingly becoming SMS.     Pervasive Software Partners With LyntonWeb
    Austin-based Pervasive Software, the developer of data analysis software, said Friday morning that it has partnered with Houston-based LyntonWeb. The companies said they will to provide integration between inbound marketing software provider HubSpot and CRm systems from Microsoft and NetSuite.
