    BlackLocus Acquired By Home Depot
    Austin-based BlackLocus, which had been developing pricing optimization software for retailers, has been acquired by The Home Depot, the company said Monday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Black Locus said it has become The Home Depot's Innovation Lab, and will remain in Austin.     ShopSavvy Snags Exec From Klout
    ShopSavvy, the developer of barcode scanning and comparison shopping apps, said Monday that it has snagged a former Klout executive as its new VP of Product. ShopSavvy said that Chris Makarsky has been named Vice President of Product, and will be responsible for improving the shopping experience with the company's mobile apps.     Infochimps Targets The Enterprise
    Austin-based Infochimps is targeting the enterprise with a new, Big Data cloud service, the company said last week, aimed at Fortune 1000 enterprises.     Fisoc Raises $1.7M For Loyalty Platform
    Austin-based Fisoc, a developer of software for running loyalty programs for merchants, has raised $1.7M in a funding round, part of an ongoing, $2.67M funding, according to a regulatory filing from the firm. Details on the funding have not yet been announced by Fisoc. Fisoc operates Buzz Points, a platform which lets merchants operates loyalty programs for rewarding customers for shopping and spending.     BMC Adds CyrusOne As Customer
    Houston-based BMC Software, the developer of IT management software, has added fellow Houston company CyrusOne as a customer, the company announced this morning. BMC said that CyrusOne is using BMC Remedy OnDemand IT Service Management suite, used to manage its IT services. Financial impact of the deal were not announced.
