NetQoS Names VP

NetQoS Inc. has hired Gordon Daugherty to fill its newly created position of vice president of corporate development and strategy, the company announced Tuesday. Daugherty’s role will be to oversee strategic planning and corporate development. Prior to joining NetQoS, Daugherty served as chief marketing officer for Britestream Networks, a provider of network security solutions. He also had a stint as president of The Americas for VCON, an Israeli-based supplier of videoconferencing technology, after starting his technology career at IBM before moving to Compaq. NetQoS is an Austin, Texas-based network-monitoring and -troubleshooting firm that caters to large organizations. More information »
