NEC Adds New Distributor

Irving, Texas-based NEC Corporation of America, which provides integration of IT, communications, networking, and other technology for its customers, says it has added a new channel distributor, Info X. Info X is based in New Jersey, and has been in the storage area networking market since 1999. NEC says that Info X is a specialist in the areas of storage, software, and server connectivity for virtualized networks and cloud environments. Info X will distribute NEC's server and storage products, including its Express 5800, M series SAN (storage area network) storage and HYDRAstor grid storage platform, according to NEC.
