nCipher Acquires Britestream Networks

Cambridge, England-based nCipher, a provider of SSL acceleration products, this week completed the acquisition of the assets of Austin, Texas-based Britestream Networks. nCipher said the acquisition included stock, fixed assets and intellectual property. Financial terms were not disclosed.
