nGenera Swizzles Exec Team

Austin-based nGenera Corporation, a developer of employee collaboration software, reported today that it has named both a new President and CEO, as well as a new CFO. The firm said it has named Thomas F. Kelly as its President and CEO, and Sanjay Uppal as its Chief Financial Officer. Kelly was most recently President and CEO of Epicor Software, and has also served at MontaVista Software, Bluestar Solutions, Blaze Software, as well as Cirrus Logic, Frame Technology and Cadence Design Systems. Uppal was most recently CFO of Montavista Software, and also had served at KSR, Continuent, Bluestar Solutions, in addition to Amdahl, Coopers & Lybrand, and KPMG. Current CEO Steve Papermaster becomes Executive Chairman of nGenera's board.
