MyToons Links With Quincy Jones III On Contest

San Antonio-based MyToons said Thursday that the online site for animation and art has linked with music and film producer Quincy Jones III. According to the company, it will help brand an upcoming hip-hop and skateboard movie called Concrete Jungle, through a art and design contest. MyToons said that artists will be invited to submit original artwork and designs for inclusion in the movie collateral and marketing materials of the movie, and a chance to win $10,000 in cash and prizes. MyToons operates an online community focused on animation and art. The firm is backed by Syncom Venture Partners and Barshop Ventures.
