MySimBook Names Bizdev VP

MySimBook, a provider of streaming radio software for computers and portable Apple devices, reported Monday that Doug Raines has joined the company as vice president of business development. The Austin, Texas-based firm described Raines as a 25-year veteran of the radio industry who most recently served as vice president of sales for Dave Scott Companies. Before that, MySimBook noted, he held positions with TM Century, Super Radio Network, Pearson Broadcasting and Vision Communication. He also spent several years in Branson, Mo., working in the tourism and marketing sector, MySimBook said.
