MPower Names CTO

Dallas-based MPower Systems, a publisher of fund-raising and customer relationship management software, reported Wednesday that it has hired Leo D'Angelo as chief technology officer. MPower said D'Angelo will head software development, services and support functions. The company described D'Angelo as a 20-plus-year veteran of the high-tech scene. Most recently, he was CTO of Dragon Media. Prior to that, he was vice president of product development for Corprasoft. He also served as CTO of J2 Global Communications and helped establish Devonshire Technologies, MPower said.
