Motion Computing Launches Rugged Tablet PC Line
Austin-based Motion Computing has rolled out a new line of ruggedized tablet PCs, targeted at mobile workers, the company said today. Motion Computing said the new tablets are the industry's first using the Intel Core i7 and Core i5 vPro processors. The new F5v Tablet PC and C5v MCA includes such features as remote power management, fully encrypted hard drives, hot swap battery replacement, more storage and RAM, web camera, and other features. The firm is targeting the tablet PCs for healthcare, construction, and field services.
