Microventures Looks To Connects Investors, Entrepreneurs

Austin-based Microventures said this week that it has launched a new online marketplace which looks to connect investors and entrepreneurs. The site said it will allow qualified individual investors access to private placement offerings, and looks to serve firms looking to raise between $50,000 and $250,000 in funding. The new firm was created by Bill Clark.
