MetroSplash Expands Board

MetroSplash Systems Group Inc., a provider of consumer reward and loyalty programs for merchants and fuel retailers, reported Wednesday that Patrick M. Cummiskey joined its board of directors last month. MetroSplash described Cummiskey as a dynamic professional who boasts more than 25 years of experience in the transaction-processing industry. Cummiskey began his career at Gasboy, now a Gilbarco subsidiary. Cummiskey later founded BUYPASS Corp., which eventually became a part of First Data Corp. He also helped Datawire Communications Networks grow from a minor startup into an industry standard that First Data ultimately acquired, MetroSplash said.
