Mavenir Wins Russian Customer

Richardson-based Mavenir Systems, a provider of Voice-over-IP, telecom, and other equipment, reported a win today in Russia, with Mobile Telesystems. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Mavenir said it will provide Rich Communication Services (RCS) and WebRTC services to Mobile Telesystems for its telecommunications network in Russia and the CIS. MTS has 75 million subscribers in Russia.
