Mavenir Systems Gets $13.6M

Richardson-based Mavenir Systems, a developer of products used by mobile operators to deliver video and other services, said Tuesday that it has raised $13.6M in a Series D funding round. The round came from North Bridge Venture Partners, Austin Ventures, Alloy Ventures, Greenspring Associates and Cisco. The firm said the funding will go to help scale its mobile cloud services. The round brings its total raised to $65M. Mavenir's products are used to provide voice-over-IP, voice over LTE, video, and other products to mobile phones. More information »
