Match.com Buys Datings Firms In France, China

Dallas, Texas-based Match.com announced today that it has completed the acquisition of two online dating and relationship companies. Match.com said it acquired eDodo in China, and Netclub in France. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Match.com, which is a operating business of IAC, said that the acquisitions are part of the firm's aggressive global expansion plans.
