Macheen Raises $10M

Austin-based Macheen, the developer of cloud services software, said Wednesday that it has raised $10M in a Series B financing round. The round was led by North Bridge Venture Capital. Prior investors DFJ Mercury and angels Tom Meredith, Mike Maples Sr., and Yechiam Yemini also participated. As part of the funding, North Bridge Venture Capital's Basil Horangic will join the company's board. Macheen is headed by Richard Schwartz. More information »
