Lumesse Acquires Edvantage Group

Austin-based Lumesse, a provider of recruiting, HR, and other services for companies, said Monday that it has acquired Edvantage Group, a provider of software-as-a-serviec learning management products. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. Lumesse said that Edvantage Group has over 500,00 users across hundreds of organization using its learning management products.
