Lombardi Names New Engineering, Product VPs

Lombardi, a developer of business process management software, reported Tuesday that it has promoted two employees to vice presidential positions. The company said Damion Heredia is now vice president of product management and Matt Howitt is now vice president of engineering. Both individuals, Lombardi said, will report to Phil Gilbert, the company’s chief technology officer and executive vice president of the products group. Lombardi added that Heredia, who joined the firm in 2002, will oversee the development of the company's enterprise and hosted BPM applications, while Howitt, who has been with the firm since 2004, will be responsible for product delivery. Lombardi is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
