KPI Consulting Launches Outsourcing Division

Round Rock-based KPI Consulting, a provider of web services for the wireless industry, announced today that it has launched a new division focused on outsourcing of software development. The firm said the new division, DeveloperProgram.com, will focus on outsourcing of "anything" software-developer related to the telecommunications field. KPI is headed by Kenneth Plunk.
