jNetX Acquired By Amdocs

Dallas-based jNetX, a developer of Java technology for the telecommunications industry, has been acquired by Amdocs, Amdocs said this week. The deal was worth $50M net of debt and cash. jNetX develops Java-based software for circuit switched and IP based networks, and is headed by Gary Miles.
