Ivie & Associates Acquired By Quad/Graphics

Dallas-based Ivie & Associates, which provides marketing services, has been acquired by Wisconsin-based Quad/Graphics, the companies said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Ivie, which has more than 600 employees, was founded in 1993 by CEO Warren Ivie. Quad/Graphics offers up both digital and print marketing products. Ivie specializes in video, audio, animation and still photography, including computer graphics, music, video editing, and many other related services.
