Inspirus Acquired By Sodexo

Fort Worth-based Inspirus, a provider of employee engagement and communications tools, has been acquired by Sodexo, Sodexo said this morning. Financial details of thea acquisition were not announced. Sodexo said it will offer up the technology from Inspirus to companies in both the US and globally, and that Inspirus will become part of the Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, USA division. Inspiris had 120 employees, and was led by chairman and CEO Pete Chambers.
