Innovari Buys NetPeak Energy

Austin-based Innovari, a developer of technology used by electric utilities to better manage the energy grid through demand management, has acquired NetPeak Energy, the company said this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced by the company. NetPeak Energy develops products for commercial customers, to help them with their demand response efforts. Innovari said the buy will help the company strengthen its relationship with commercial and utility customers.
