Infochimps Acquired By CSC

Austin-based Infochimps has been acquired by Computer Sciences Corp (CSC), according to the company's CEO and venture backers Tuesday afternoon. Financial terms of the acquisition have not yet been announced. Infochimps, which was backed by DFJ Mercury, Anduin Ventures, ff Venture Capital, and Stage One Capital, is a developer of cloud-based, big data analysis software which is used for analyzing enterprise data.
