IDEV Shuffles Chairman

Houston-based IDEV Technologies, a developer and manufacturer of medical devices, reported today that Rick Anderson will succeed Thomas M. Tully as chairman of its board. Tully, IDEV said, has retired after serving a four-year stint as the company's chief executive officer. The Houston-based firm said Anderson is currently the managing director of PTV Sciences, a health care-focused venture capital and growth equity firm headquartered in Austin. Before PTV Sciences, IDEV noted, Anderson was company group chairman for Johnson & Johnson and worldwide franchise chairman for Cordis Corp. IDEV develops minimally invasive medical devices for use in interventional radiology, vascular surgery and cardiology.
