IdentiPHI Acquired By Imprivata

Austin-based IdentiPHI has been acquired by a Lexington, Mass.-based software firm, Imprivata. According to Imprivata, it acquired IdentiPHI in an asset deal, covering IdentiPHI's SAFsolution product line, intellectual property and biometric patents. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. IdentiPHI was a provider of identity management software.
