Idearc Inks Microsoft Messenger Link

Dallas, Texas-based Yellow Pages publisher Idearc Media said Thursday that the firm is in a agreement to provide its content to Microsoft's Windows Live Messenger instant messaging network. Idearc said that it is in a deal with Multiplied Media Corporation to collaborate on an effort to make its content available through the Windows instant messaging platform; the deal allows uers of that IM service to quickly query Yellow Pages listings. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
