ICG America Buys Localiter.com

Austin-based ICG America said today that it has acquired fellow Austin-based firm Localiter.com, an online group buying website. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Localiter offers daily deals, and currently offers covering the Austin area. ICG America said Localiter founder Kristina Garza is joining the firm's team as part of the funding, and that it will be expanding Localiter to "dozens" of cities across the country in 2011.
