i2's Chatterjee Fills CEO Role

i2 Technologies Inc. reported Tuesday that its board of directors has promoted Dr. Pallab K. Chatterjee to chief executive officer. The Dallas-based supply chain consultant said Chatterjee has served as interim CEO since July 31, 2007. Chatterjee joined the company in January 2000 as chief operating officer and has held numerous leadership positions during his tenure. Chatterjee began his career at Texas Instruments, where he would go on to hold several executive positions, including president of the company's Personal Productivity Products division.
