iWave Completes Bank Deployment

Frisco-based iWave Software, a provider of cloud management and automation software, announced today that it has completed a launch of a "virtual" service desk for a worldwide bank. Name of that customer and financial impact of the deal were not announced. According to iWave, the deal--which it landed in conjunction with IT services firm Morse--involved entry and routing of incidents between three different countries and three service desks.
