iSIGHT Partners Acquired By FireEye In $275M Deal

Dallas-based iSIGHT Partners, a provider of cyber intelligence and threat management information for the cybersecurity industry, has been acquired by cybersecurity software developer FireEye, the companies said this week. iSIGHT, which was led by John Watters, was venture backed by Bessemer Venture Partners.
