iQor Opens New Facility In Plano

Business process outsourcing and product support provider iQor announced today that it has opened up a new facility in Plano, its third contact center in the Dallas-Metro region. The company said its new location, on Windcrest Drive, has capacity to house over 650 contact center agents. The company said it continues to expand in the Dallas area, as the area is home to some of the world's fastest growing technology companies and consumer brands. The new 36,000 square foot center is in the Legacy VI Business Park.
