i2 Loses Two Directors

Dallas-based software firm i2 said this morning that two of the company's current directors, David L. Pope and Sanjiv Sidhu, have informed the company that they intend to leave the board. According to i2, the two will leave immediately prior to the company's 2009 annual meeting of stockholders. Reason for the sudden departure was not given. Sidhu co-founded i2 in 1988; Pope is a partner at Millenium Technology Partners.
