Hyphen Solutions Gobbles Up Two Software Companies

Dallas-based Hyphen Solutions, a developer of cloud-based construction management software, has gobbled up two different construction software companies, the company said this morning. Hyphen Solutions said it has acquired BRIX, a developer of cloud-based software for enterprise resource planning by single and multi-family home builders, and Pharaoh Information Systems, a developer of residential construction-related software products. Financial details of the two acquisition was not announced. BRIX was based in Austin; Pharaoh Information Systems was based in Irvine, California.
