HSSK Forensics Acquired By Ricoh

Houston-based HSSK Forensics, a provider of computer forensics and electronic discovery systems, has been acquired by office equipment maker Ricoh. Ricoh said the acquisition gives it access to HSSK's Remlox Remote Acquisition technology and its Houston lab. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. HSSK will become part of Ricoh's e-discovery services arm. Ricoh said that HSSK Forensics' Managing Director, David Greetham, becomes its National Director of Forensic Services.
