HipLogiq Lands $5M For Social Marketing Software

Dallas-based HipLogiq, a developer of social media marketing software, announced Monday that it has raised $5M in a Series A funding round. According to HipLogiq, the majority of the funding came from Hadron Global Partners. HipLogiq says it is developing two social media marketing apps, SocialCompass and SocialCentiv, both of which help companies target consumers using social media. HipLogiQ is headed by Bernard Perrine, and the firm said was a co-founder of Kinko's. Perrine's co-founders are Adam Root and Lindsey madison. More information »
