Gravitant Taps RetailMeNot Vet As New CFO

Austin-based Gravitant has hired on a RetailMeNot veteran as its new Chief Financial Officer, the company has announced. Gravitant, which develops enterprise software for the cloud market, said it hired Ken Kieley, formerly the Senior Vice President of Finance at RetailMeNot, as its new CFO. Gravitant said that Kieley had joined RetailMeNot when it had only 5 employees, and also led the finance team during RetailMeNot's IPO. He also previously has served at such firms as UpLogix, Wayport, and Netsolve. Gravitant is a developer of cloud brokerage software.
