Google Fiber: Last Day For Emerald Forest Signups

Google is warning users interested in getting access to the company's Google Fiber network in Austin, that deadline for sign-ups for its initial deployment in Emerald Forest is today. Google said that users can check their neighborhood for availability, and will be rolling out available on a neighborhood-by-neighborhood basis, starting with South and Southeast Austin. Google said that users who do not sign up for its fiber service in its "fiberhood window" will not be able to get connected, as it will move on to installing customers in other parts of Austin.
