Goodman Networks Drops IPO Effort

Plano-based Goodman Networks is dropping its plans for an IPO, saying in a filing with the SEC that it has determined not to proceed with an offering at this time. No reason for the witthdrawal was given. Goodman had originally planned to raised $100M on the NASDAQ Global Market. The company had filed for the IPO back in April. Goodman Networks provides provides design, engineering, construction, deployment, and management of wireless infrastructure.
