Gimmal Buys ERP-Link

Houston-based Gimmal, a developer of compliance and governance software for Microsoft SharePoint, announced today that it has acquired the team and products of ERP-Link Corporation, a developer of software which connects Microsoft SharePoint and SAP. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Gimmal said ERP-Link helps customers integrate their SAP and SharePoint document management and SAP back office.
