Genuent Acquires IT Operations Firm

Houston-based Genuent, an IT staffing firm which is a subsidiary of the Willis Group, said Tuesday that it has acquired the US information technology operations of the French technology staffing and solutions company Segula Technologies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The firm said that Segula has operations in Bedford, NH, Rochester, NY, New York, NY, Atlanta, GA, Huntington Beach, CA and Sacramento, CA.
