Gazzang Links With iFormBuilder

Austin-based database security software firm Gazzang, which is headed by Larry Warnock, said this week that it has linked with iFormBuilder, the iPhone data collection software from Zerion Software. According to Gazzang, the link between the two will provide data encryption for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch devices, meeting federal manadates for encryption of mobile user data. Gazzang is venture backed by Austin Ventures; the firm's tools are used to encrypt MySQL and other databases.
