GameStop Looks To Unlock Tax Refund Purchases With Sale

Grapevine, Texas-based videogame retailer GameStop hopes that tax refunds will help spur some purchases in its stores, saying it has launched a promotion through March 1st specifically aimed at helping its customers spend their tax refund. GameStop said it has launched a "Re-fun Your Refund" program specifically aimed at tax refunds, with a variety of sales and special offers. The company also said it will offer layaways for Xbox One, Playstation 4, WiiU, and PlayStation Vita game systems.
