GameStop Awards $100,000 In Scholarships To Employees, Dependents
Grapevine, Texas-based videogame retailer GameStop said today that it has awarded 40 recipients a total of $100,000, as part of a new scholarship program being run by the company. GameStop said the "Power to the Scholars" program is being run in conjunction with Scholar America, Inc., and are available to just employees of GameStop's retail b brands and their dependents. Each of those 40 recipients will receive $2,500.
